Fast & Efficient
Brownfield Cleanup
Iron Creek Group’s brownfield soil remediation services meet the strictest environmental standards. Our mobile, thermal technology adapts to small and large properties and can be operational in a matter of days. Organic contaminants get safely and predictably eradicated, resulting in clean soil and buildable land.
TecZero™ and Enhanced Thermal Conduction (ETC) Technologies:
Superior Soil
Remediation Treatments
Iron Creek Group’s industry-leading TecZero™ and Enhanced Thermal Conduction systems provide modern solutions for cleaning and restoring contaminated land.
Here’s how we measure up to traditional remediation options:
TecZero™ and Enhanced
Thermal Conduction (ETC)
COST-EFFECTIVE
On-site soil remediation
EFFICIENT
Recover higher-grade oils for reuse
ENDS LIABILITY
Zero reject waste for total contamination eradication
SAFE
Static remediation is operationally safe and results in clean soil.
Traditional
Dig-and-Dump Methods
COST-PROHIBITIVE
Must excavate and haul contaminated soil
INEFFICIENT
Materials are lost to landfills
LASTING LIABILITY
Contaminants are only moved to a new location
UNSAFE
Risk increases when transporting contaminants on public roadways.
Make Your Site’s
Brownfield Mitigation Project
a Success
Our state-of-the-art Enhanced Thermal Conduction and TecZero™ systems offer simple, effective solutions for eradicating organic contaminants from soils and sludges.
Both machines apply consistent, even temperatures to volatilize the chemicals. The resulting vapors are captured and either directed to the oxidizer for destruction or to a condenser for recycling. Oil captured in the condenser can fuel the cleanup process to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

Frequently
Asked Questions
-
Our systems are nimble and portable and can typically be deployed and operational within days, depending on site conditions. This process makes treatment much quicker than traditional remediation and dig-and-dump methods.
-
Our mobile systems are agile enough to fit within the belly of an airplane. Once set up, these thermal remediation treatment cells can scale to the size required to safely and effectively treat contaminated land.
-
In-situ methods require penetrating the soil with a thermal probe, potentially hitting subsurface layers and mixed contaminants that complicate the process. Our technology is ex-situ based, which is more reliable, effective, and affordable.
-
Our technology can fit into small urban spaces and scale large areas of land. It has treated contaminated superfund sites, brownfields, legacy oil fields, and more.
-
Yes, we designed our contaminated soil treatment process to eliminate landfill dependency, with a predictable process resulting in zero reject waste.
-
Yes, as long as the soil is impacted with organic contaminants, our technology can handle a range of materials without pretreatment.
-
Yes, we designed our technology to meet or exceed strict environmental protocols.
Safety is Our Number One Priority
Our technology is designed to meet the most rigorous regulatory standards because we understand the biggest liability to site remediation is human health and safety. Our stringent protocols protect human and environmental health, and ensure an incident-free job site.
