Iron Creek Group is an award-winning soil remediation company, with innovative thermal technology proven to clean up oil fields, restore soils contaminated with creosote and explosives, assist in refinery tank and process waste treatment removal, and safely eliminate PFAS chemicals utilizing a time-tested approach.
Our process predictably eliminates contaminants resulting in zero reject— other systems leave 15% to 30% reject; waste that needs to be trucked to a landfill. No matter the time of year, temperature, or moisture levels, our technology can be operational within days. Treatment applications remove liability, delist and eliminate waste to effectively restore the environment and protect human health and safety.

Chad Belenky, President
Chad Belenky is the President of Iron Creek Group, bringing more than 30 years of environmental and project management experience across North America, with a strong focus on Western and Northern Canada. Since entering the environmental industry in 1996, Chad has worked extensively on government, commercial, and resource sector projects, developing a reputation for practical leadership, technical expertise, and delivering results in complex operating environments.
Throughout his career, Chad has managed a diverse portfolio of projects involving soil and groundwater remediation, all phases of site reclamation, civil earthworks, property transfer activities, and large-scale project management. His broad industry knowledge and hands-on approach have positioned him as a trusted leader in environmental services and remediation solutions.
As President, Chad is committed to advancing innovative, client-focused environmental strategies while fostering strong relationships, operational excellence, and long-term sustainable growth for Iron Creek Group and ICG Thermal.

Ken Bell, CEO
Ken Bell has been Chief Executive Officer of Iron Creek Group since its inception in 2013. He brings over 36 years of experience in the waste, recycling and clean up industries to guide Iron Creek’s strategic development. He has owned and operated numerous fixed recycling facilities throughout the US and Canada. In 1994, Mr. Bell founded BEST Recycling Inc. Since then, his companies have specialized in the remediation of hard-to-access locations like Antarctica, Greenland, the Yukon territories, and Aleutian Islands. Mr. Bell and his companies hold numerous business awards and certifications. Ken is also a two-term Port Commissioner for the Port of Bellingham, WA.

Roger Richter, CTO
Roger Richter is the Chief Technology Officer at Iron Creek Group. Roger has been active in the thermal remediation industry for over 30 years bringing has vast experience in planning, mobilizing and completing local and remote remediation projects throughout the world. Mr. Richter’s experience includes the permitting, construction and operation of stationary treatment facilities in the United States and the deployment and operation of many remote thermal remediation systems. He pioneered the design, development and construction of patented technology known as Enhanced Thermal Conduction (ETC), the M1 Infrared technology and TecZero™.
